What is a Block Booking?
In person-centred counselling, you are the expert on your own experience. A block booking simply means we secure a regular space for you to explore what is on your mind over six consecutive sessions. This allows us to establish a deep therapeutic relationship and gives you the consistent "room to breathe" needed for meaningful change to unfold.
The Six-Session Package
To support those ready to make a medium-term commitment, I offer a discounted rate for sessions paid for in advance:
Total Cost: £240 (payable before the block sessions begin)
What’s Included: Six full 50-minute person-centred sessions.
The Benefit: This includes a 20% discount compared to my standard session rate.
